What happens when an action is held in escrow? ↓
The action is suspended at the commit boundary — it cannot execute. You receive an alert via your configured channels. You review the full context and choose RELEASE or KILL. If you do nothing, the action is automatically killed at timeout. Silence is never approval. This is a non-negotiable architectural guarantee.
Is the audit trail really tamper-evident? ↓
Yes. Every verdict is cryptographically sealed before execution using a hash chain — each record's hash incorporates the previous record's hash. Modifying any record breaks every subsequent hash. You can verify chain integrity from the console or export and verify independently.
